We were thrilled to be part of the extensive renovation of Oak Rise, a property that had not been updated in many years.

Our clients wanted to completely reimagine the ground floor, and we delivered by creating a grand entrance hall complemented by two new adjoining rooms and a modern bathroom.

A major highlight of this transformation was widening the stairwell to accommodate a breathtaking flight of stairs, along with the installation of a new, wider front door and updated windows to enhance natural light in the new spaces.

Upstairs, we reconfigured the layout by removing and repositioning multiple walls to craft brighter, more functional areas. This included a brand-new kitchen, utility room, bathrooms, a spacious master bedroom, and a stunning balcony that offers sweeping views of the valley.

The project also extended outdoors, where we completed significant work such as installing new mains drainage, building retaining walls, adding handrails, and concrete work.

We are incredibly proud of the finished product, which has not only revitalised Oak Rise but also significantly enhanced its charm and functionality.
